Can CEDRA send my orders in one delivery?

We handle and deliver a large number of orders from a lot of designers. All orders are processed separately by each designer and can therefore not be combined. At CEDRA, we kindly ask for your understanding as we are unable to search through orders to combine them in one delivery yet. We are trying to develop new approach of order management to combine all orders in one delivery for your convenience, please give us a time. 

How do you send my order?

Depending on where you are spreading your style in the world, you will be able to choose between different options of delivery. We use partners like DHL, Zasilkovna and others.

How can I track my delivery?

If you wish to check the status of your shipment, please find your order number in confirmation email and visit the delivery partner website.

How much is the shipping fee?

We have free shipping within the EU. The cost of your delivery depends on which shipping option you choose. You will see all shipping options in the checkout process. 

NOTE: Customs and VAT may apply outside the EU.

How fast is the delivery time?

Our partners offer 3-7 business days, but it can take only 1-2 business days in the case of the EU. Delivery time also depends on which shipping option you choose.

Uncollected shipments

In case you fail to pick up the shipment at the service point within the specified time, we will fully refund you and close your order, if the deadline for legal cancellation rights according to consumer laws by then have not lapsed. Otherwise, we will charge you for costs relating to returning the parcel to us and costs for the new shipping. Once we have registered your payment, your order will be shipped repeatedly. 

Exchanges and returns

CEDRA offers 14 days full refund. A full refund applies only if the product has not been used and its conditions are like new. In cases where the product has been used, CEDRA is entitled to establish a deduction amount for the decline in value, or to deny the return. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on any sale-priced items purchased at a discounted price.

To return your order, please find the returning label in your delivery package. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3 workdays. If you paid cash on delivery, our manager will contact you via email to specify refund information.

NOTE: Engraved products/gift cards/certificates can not be returned.
